I Feel What I Tell, Tales That I Feel

Do you think its important to talk about emotions and feelings with children (the small and the big ones!) in different ways and from different perspectives? Do you believe that the enchanted world of childrens stories is a way to deal with this subject in a light, playful and sensitive way? Believing in this idea, psychologist Maria Vilela George gathered eight women, daughters, mothers, aunts, and grandmothers, from different professions and places, and started the project EMOTIONS THROUGH DIFFERENT EYES, to speak about feelings and emotions through prose and verse. The historical moment we lived during the pandemic in 2020, increased the need to talk about what is going on within us, about feelings and sensations often hidden. Therefore, the book, I Feel WhatI Tell, Tales That I Feel encourages us to talk about what we feelwith all children (including the child who lives within all of us), in alight and magical way.
